‘Hardly Working’ Premiere by Black Oak Ensemble on March 29

A work I wrote inspired by Studs Terkel’s magnum opus Working will be premiered on March 29th at Symphony Space in Manhattan by the stellar Black Oak Ensemble.  The piece is a string trio inspired by the many first-person accounts in Studs’ great book which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
