‘Daughters of the Moon’ at Scholes Studio

I had the idea to write a large-scale ensemble work inspired by stories from Italo Calvino’s priceless collection Cosmicomics and so far I’ve only gotten one movement done because I’m also working on the opera as you know and it turns out that that’s a whole thing.

But the one movement I’ve finished is already getting performed a fair bit which is nice.  Next up, Unheard-of performs it at the Scholes Street Studio in Brooklyn July 13.
